SEEDS is committed to empowering women who have been impacted by family and domestic violence. It seeks to support these women by providing work readiness activities and wellbeing support, with the ultimate goal of helping them achieve financial independence.
What we offer
Support
Our program uses an individualised, strengths-based approach to acknowledge that every woman’s journey is unique. We work with our participants to set achievable goals and break down the barriers that prevent them from transforming their life and reaching their true potential.
Skills Training
A key component of SEEDS is that it offers practical pathways for women to increase their confidence and motivation to pursue their personal and professional aspirations. These initiatives have been specifically created to develop their skills and capabilities and encourage progress using the Australian Government’s ‘Employability Skills Framework’.
Community Connection
We foster a strong sense of belonging and safety to create a space where every woman feels valued and supported to make lasting changes for themselves, their family and their community.
